• Where it Grows: You’ll typically find Basswood trees in the moist, rich soils of the Eastern United States and Canada. They love hardwood forests and river valleys! 🇺🇸🇨🇦

• The Bloom: Timing is everything! The trees bloom for only about two to three weeks in late June or July. 🗓️

• The Fragrance: When a Basswood tree is in full bloom, the scent is intoxicating—a heavy, sweet perfume that acts as a dinner bell for Honey Bees. 🔔🐝
