We had the absolute privilege of sharing our passion for Honey Bees, the vital role they play in our environment, and the fascinating world of Specialty Honey Varietals. From exploring the inner workings of the hive to diving into the unique floral spectrum of American honey, the curiosity and warm hospitality from everyone in attendance made for an unforgettable presentation.
Of course, the highlight of the day was the Discovery tasting experience! We loved watching residents sample different Varietals—from light, delicate options to deep, robust flavors—and seeing the surprise on their faces as they realized just how much the taste changes depending on where the Bees forage. It truly showcased the incredible variety that real Honey has to offer.
