There is nothing quite like the experience of standing among the Hives and witnessing the incredible focus and harmony of the Bees. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share our passion for these vital pollinators and the extraordinary world of Specialty Honey.

Our mission at Foxadise Farms is to reconnect people with the wonder, variety, and purpose of real American Honey. During the tour, it was inspiring to see our guests engage with the nuances of Hive life. From observing the intricate work on the frames to discussing the environmental impact of sustainable Beekeeping, the day was filled with discovery.
Exploring Specialty Honey Varietals
One of the highlights of the visit was exploring the incredible diversity of Specialty Honey Varietals. We believe Honey is a regional and environmental treasure, and being able to showcase the distinct Flavors, aromas, and colors that come from across our Nation is what we love most.
Whether it was the light, floral notes of a spring bloom or the deep, robust profile of a late-season harvest, sharing these curated Varietals allows us to highlight the unique "terroir" of American landscapes.
